Ed Reed received his BA from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, and his MFA from the Program in Photographic Studies at the VSW, SUNY Buffalo, in 1979. Upon completion of the graduate program at the Visual Studies Workshop, Ed continued for another five years at the Workshop working on the staff of the VSW Press. His teaching experience includes Metro State College of Denver, Community College of Denver, the University of Colorado, Boulder, and VSW. Ed currently resides in Denver, where he continues to explore his interests in photography.
